"Accounting" in English is the first accredited by CIMA (The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) bachelor program in Bulgaria. The graduates can submit their diploma supplements and graduation diploma to receive their exemptions from the first seven subjects in CIMA Qualification Framework. To receive the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting they should attempt and pass additionally only the operational level case study.
B.Sc. Accounting is also the first bachelor program in Bulgaria accredited by ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), which is the global professional accounting body offering the Chartered Certified Accountant qualification. Headquartered in London it is one of the world’s most influential and largest accounting professional bodies with 178000 members and 455000 students in 180 nations. University of Economics-Varna is proud to announce that its Bachelor programme ‘Accounting’ (in English) is now an ACCA Accredited programme and has secured six-papers exemptions from examination papers at the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Qualification.
