Expected knowledge and skills after acquiring qualification:
Students acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about domestic and international tourism, hospitality and restaurant business, the tourist market and resources. Students get familiar with different types of tourism and with contemporary tendencies in the tourist industry. The practical training after the sixth semester helps students to gain specialized skills necessary to plan, organize and control the activities in touristic business.

Employment opportunities upon graduation:
Graduate students are able to work in tourist companies, offices and complexes and take senior management positions such as:

  • Managers of travel agencies and tour operators ;
  • Managers in the restaurants and hotels;
  • Marketing managers in tourist organizations;
  • Managers of Bureau for information and tourist services;
  • Organizers of congress and conference and other special events;
  • Human resource managers in the field of tourism etc.
