Joint Master's Degree Programme Informatics

The University of Economics – Varna, together with Ural Federal University – Ekaterinburg, Russia, offers participation in a joint programme for acquiring a master’s degree in Informatics. At the end of the academic year 2015/2016 the first class of master students successfully graduated from the double degree programme.

The joint master's degree programme includes two years of training – the first two semesters are held at Ural Federal University and the third and the fourth semester are delivered at the University of Economics – Varna. Curricula by both universities are in compliance with the accredited graduate programmes. The language of instructions is English. The accumulated credits are recognized by both higher education institutions. After successful completion of studies, the student receives two separate diplomas in accordance with the national standards of both university partners.

Some of the courses, which are offered by UE-Varna, are E-Business Part 1 and Part 2, Intelligent Agents and Multi-Agent Systems, Corporate Networks etc.

Informatics Department maintains partnerships with many foreign universities, including Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Turan University, Kazakhstan. The aim of these partnerships is to offer more opportunities for our students.
